What if we cant, you know, drag our scale with us everywhere we go? When you eat somewhere where you didnt prepare the food, its a lot easier and probably more accurate to add "1 filet" rather than guess the grams. Jeez.

Whatever eyeliner you use, make sure to set it with powder. It can be translucent or the color of the liner. Get a small angled brush to do it. You could also use liquid liner if it's above your eyes. L'oreal Lineur Intense is a really good one.

It is not muscle. Do you know how long it takes to actually put on muscle? It could be anything - water weight, food in your belly, you need to pee... anything My weight can go up 5 pounds from any combination of these things

Most things dont matter, what you have to be careful with is meat. If there's even a chance that it's bad - throw it away.

Dont be disappointed when your weight loss slows down. Most of the weight loss in the initial days/week is just water weight from drinking more water and reducing your sodium intake HOWEVER, it sounds like you are on a path to healthy weight loss, so good job!

Do you work 24/7? Why not just work out after or before work. Sitting on a ball all day isn't going to change your life.

I like Diet Coke because it DOESNT taste like Coke. Regular coke is too sweet and syrupy for me. No harm drinking them as long as youre not drinking like... cans and cans a day.

5'3. 1500-1600 is what I eat for maintenance (although I dont have a scale ATM, but I dont think I'm gaining weight on 1500-1600) Honestly anything below 1500 works for weight loss for me. Do you have a USB port? You need to hook yourself up to your computer and then download your weight loss onto your body. It's pretty painless once you get used to it.

I dont find thinning/receding hair unattractive in the least. Quite the opposite really. However, if you are really concerned, I would suggest a buzz cut. Bald would be pretty drastic.

I've thrown up twice at TGI Fridays... actually, I still eat there, lol. I've also choked many a time on a mozzarella stick... again, I still eat them. I guess I just love food too much.
