I know exactly how you feel, last year I was super intro it. Ate right, ran all the time just almost ask the wrist I needed then decided I didn't need to do anything anymore. Gained it all back, so here I am again.i realize now it's a lifestyle change no just a simple fix.

I'm a binge eater as well, I do it out of boredom noisy of the time or just to do it. I find I'm not even hungry when I'm doing it. I feel like I've lost control like after supper I just can't stop myself

Mine did the same thing. Go to where you input your weight and click on edit old entries delete all your old weights that are less then what you weigh now that's how you fix that
