I have been useing the Mio water enhancer and they have some that are energy boosters and it might have caeffinie in it, and also green tea it does and it is really good for you!

There was a post about how a man had a problem with is personal areas acting like a turtle when he worked out and needed advise...apparently MFP though it was to much and they locked it! You had to be there and read it and see the authors pic....just to much!
