Yes. Big Mac's are only 550 calories :). I get a Big Mac and a unsweet tea ( 0 calories for the tea) so I have plenty of other calories leftover for the rest of the day.

I weigh myself a few times a week. Weight fluctuations don't depress me or stress me out because they are normal. I think weighing myself often helps me feel accountable and keeps me on the right track.

Yes, I lost 20 lbs using MFP! The weight dropped off quickly the first couple of weeks, so some of that was water weight. A lot of people lose really quickly at first. During the last 30 days I have lost 7 lbs so that means most of my weight loss was during the first month.

I think it is realistic. I dropped from a size 14 into a comfortable size 12 just recently. I have been using mfp for 59 days and have lost 20 pounds. I usually eat 1500-1700 calories a day and I only occasionally work out. I am 5' 9" tall.

Same here. I have also always associated big boned as having the same meaning as large framed.

I think that I mostly drank myself fat. I used to drink anywhere from 3-5, 12 ounce cans of pop everyday, usually Coke or Mountain Dew. That is a whopping 140-170 for each can. I was thin my entire life, then in my mid 20's I started drinking a lot of pop and I started putting on weight gradually, anywhere from 5-10 pounds…

Yes. I still eat Junk food! You have to make it fit into your daily calorie goal though.

I am down 15.5 pounds in 35 days but the first 5 lbs or so was surely water weight because I lost it very fast. I am eating anywhere from 1400-1650 calories a day. Sometimes I eat a little more than that.

I have lost 12 pounds and I have noticed a very slight difference in the way my pants fit and in the way my face looks. I am tall though, 5' 9". I would assume that 12 pounds lost on a short person might show more than a 12 pound loss on a tall person.

Buy a RV and take a road trip out west to visit a bunch of the National Parks for the first time. Places like Yosemite, Grand Tetons, Grand Canyon, and Meteor Crater. I need a vacation so badly. I haven't had one in 6 years.

You should probably get mace or a gun! I sure wouldn't want to let a rabid animal close enough to be able to use a knife on it. ^^^^^ So true but it makes me feel better. Rabies shots would suck but at least I would be alive!

I take a knife with me when I go on walks in the middle of the day! I live on a rural road that runs into a wildlife area. I am terrified that I am going to be attacked by a rabid coyote or raccoon. It is actually a pretty big knife but it does have a case so if I fall hopefully I won't accidentally cut myself.

I am 5' 9" and have a large frame. I am currently 202. I have been as low as the 130's in my early 20's but I really looked too skinny for my big bones. My goal weight 160. I looked and felt my best at that weight.

I am lucky, my weight is pretty much evenly distributed. I would say I am a pear or hourglass shape. I might carry a little more in my legs than anywhere else.

I am 5'9". I have a large frame and my goal weight is 155-160. I have been thinner (135 pounds) but I think I look my healthiest and best at around 160.
