Mine are taken after every set of 12 sessions with my trainer. Usually averages every two months. It seems to be giving me a good idea on my progress!

I hired a personal trainer. Sometimes we only meet 2 days a week or less, but I know that at the end of our 12 sessions, we will be measuring and re-testing and I always have that in the back of my head. You can't go wrong when you are being held accountable!!
