There's nothing I like better, than a good cup of coffee on a cool morning, watching the sun come up. Most anything can be addictive. Be it coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, etc. Like others have said, if it causes problems, or if you don't want it, don't drink it. Of you want a cup, have a cup. Moderation.

One problem I see, (and it's a big one for me) is that people live to eat. Instead of eating to live.

I find weekends and Holidays harder to stay on track. Everybody is home, more "grazing" is done. The weekdays are more structured for me. Husband is at work, son at school. I know I've got a certain time that things have to be done before son and husband gets home. I'm more in control, food wise, during the week.
