Hello, My name is Sofia. I'm 33 years old and I'm from Houston, Texas. I've done Insanity before but can't seem to get past the 4th week. I'm hoping you guys will give me the motivation to get past that hurdle. My goal is to lose BF and 18 lbs. Looking forward to getting this party started!!
