  • KFC Grill Chicken is actually real chicken that is grilled. It is not processed or frozen with grill marks on it. I have actually seen the grill that they cook it on. All of the sodium comes from the seasoning that is put on it and what it is marinated in. :smile:

  • :smile: Do you know that the tap water is by far the cleanest water you can drink. Try putting a filter on it to save you lots of money. Just research the bottle water and see how it is really not clean because it does not have to be regulated like our tap water does. If you read the research and see whats really in bottle…
