  • I agree with last post. Change things up. Im sure you heard all the ads about P90x Your body gets use to patterns change every couple of days. Just dont settle in for weeks at the same work out.
  • The body does need a break. But i was thinking a day or two....Work out 5-6 days a week
  • I take multivitamin, probiotic, and fiber pill all from GNC also protein shakes as a meal replacement or with a meal. You can over do yourself. I was just at a GNC and the guy told me you can overload yourself. You may ask your doctor or check with your local health food store like GNC,Complete Nutrition, Hope things work…
  • Im at about 1780 or so but i do alot of cardio so my net is always a plus which not to bad.
  • I would go lower also. I dont think either one is 100% accurate. Also if its lower you work out harder to burn the extra calories
  • Ive had the same problem and what i was told. When we are exercise were building muscle. So i guess that means its the good kind of weight. Im 4-5 lbs away from my goal and have been for 2 months. I cant get rid of it and im doing more cardio than ever before and have gain a lb or 2.....I feel your pain...

Even if i didnt go over board around the holidays i actullay maintain it. My calorie goal is 1800 but that past couple of weeks ive been burning 650 plus…
