Don't give p...I gained and lost the same 3 pounds over and over in November....right around the same loss you are at now. Maybe change up your food a bit, and are you strenghth training? I am really trying to focus on that as I see so many weight lifting success stories. I want to get to an 90-100 pound loss too, please…

I think you can create custom exercises, so maybe google a calculator for what you are doing and then add the exercise.

How tall are you? You may want to add some strength training to mix things up....lots of great stories on here about that!!!

maybe try going back down to what you were doing before you upped your intake? Perhaps you put yourself into maintainence mode...not everyone reacts the exact same way.

What has happened in the three months to cause the gain? Can't expect to drop it again in a week. This journeys such an up and down thing, have to dig deep sometimes to et myself back on track!!!

Just use MVP to jump start....stick with it the first 3 weeks and you'll be amazed how much you lose, and you'll have formed great new healthy habits.

I am at 190 now, have lost 50 to get here, but hoping to get to 135-140. Eating tons of fruits, veggies, fiber, and trying to increase my exercise endurance, but mostly doing it everyday with small "cheats" only 1-2 times per month. You can do it, take pics now and measurements too...it really helps to see that progress…

Great to see what I will look like in another 40 lbs. I was around 135-145 most of high school and college, and I never felt really thin. 20 years later and that weight looks SO thin to me....weird how we put ourselves when we are young, but also what the new normal is these days!
