I'm trying to figure out why everyone's wearing jackets; we had a high of 75 yesterday . I'm excited that most of my pants have a droopy butt now, but still not losing much right at the waist, so not going down a size. I guess it's saving me money though. [/quote] You must be in Texas like me....warm weather this…

Took me three months to lose the 1st 30, then 5 months for the 2nd thirty...the last two being November and December, so filled with birthdays, anniversaries, Xmas and vacay at our house....gained back 7 and have relost 5 of that. This month I started focusing more on losing body fat by adding heavier weight training…

Lift weights....light heavy....lots of posts on this site about it. Also, do planks to tighten the abs....takes some time, but you are young, so should bounce back!!!

Harder on the weekend because I take my meals to work during the week and only eat what's in my bag....weekends I have to fight the pantry the whole time and possible social events. I definitely try to get in good workouts and not go too overboard!

You totally can...take measurements, or find an outfit to be your barometer and note as it gets looser!

More veggies. It's not that you are eating too much, it's the types of food. If you open your diary, easier to help.

Oh, peanut butter for sure. To the point that last year when my son was 7, he got some plain ones in his Halloween bag and after eating a couple, asked "what's wrong with these mommy?" He had only ever had the pb flavor!!!

Well, I am at 18 lbs lost of the 20 lb goal, so pretty happy with that considering Halloween, my birthday, my anniversary, hubby's birthday, and Christmas parties! I have been trying to eat good as much as possible, workout hard, and not feel guilt about enjoying events...have to figure how to do that for this lifestyle,…
