its used for many things, not just hallucinations. unless you guys know what you're talking about, shh..its used for depression, anxiety, sleep problems, bipolar disorder, and several other things. i know im late. but you CAN lose weight on seroquel. ask for topamax as a seoquel additive. its weight negative, cancels out…

Alright, besides the obligatory applause gif, your intercostals [i think thats what those crazy muscles you have are called] and your obliques are INSANE. but for real, thank you so much for sharing. im rarely hungry in the morning either, i eat late, and im sick of the BS 'trainers' spread about cutting carbs after a…

No time to take it slow = no time to keep the weight off. Trust me i learned this the hard way. Taking it slow doesn't mean you can't start tonight. But you absolutely MUST adhere to the slow and steady rule, IMHO. I lost 20 lbs real fast.. then i gained 30 back, even faster.

i was told its 1g per lb of LEAN body mass. so figure out your BF percentage and subtract that number from 100 and then eat somewhere around there. I never hit mine. but i still try, and track. e.g if you're 200 lbs with 35% body fat, strive for around 130g of protein. though i imagine its probably more like 100 g because…

he also worked my whole body out on day 3 as opposed to different groups on different days. i have no idea if that whole concept of muscle confusion is really key, so idk if hes doing me any good by that, but he sure does make it hurt.

i had no idea you could microwave an egg. crazy talk. for me theres no such thing as quick and easy, unless i have [delicious] greek yogurt in the house. or cereal. toasting a piece of bread itself is just so much effort when youi're tired and groggy in the mornings.

nice. you can really see it in your arms and waist. git it gurl

I think you have an unhealthy idea about food, first off. As the posters above said, you need fats, and carbs--especially the healthy kinds. and IF you're going to cave in to low fat/low carb, you can't be cutting both! what's left? only protein. Thats absurd. don't cut out anything you literally dont plan to eliminate for…

i have. they ran blood tests. never found anything wrong with my, physically. and as far as i know, the weight loss methods drs prescribe is the same as this sites prescription--cutting calories [some put patients on a 1500, 1700, 1800 calorie a day diet], and they also say the cure for any illness is usually a 'lifestyle…

Hi darling, utmost congratulations on getting through your ED. ive seen how hard it can really be. sincerely, congratulations. my biggest advice would be to think about STRENGTH as opposed to gaining, staying lean, building muscle, whatever your goal is. your body is still in recovery. getting your strength back is more…

ok. ignore me. just read in place of a road map. said BMR is whats required to function, and receive nutrients, and what the drs would give you to survive. =] thank you, psul.!
-
OK. so its safe, as long as im getting proper nutrition? is that kinda what the point is here?
-
Thank you. I have no idea why but ive suddenly gotten so worried about safety/functioning. ive always had a fear of fainting in public :P
-
thank you. the 'maintenance' bit was helpful. ive read that a hundred times, its super helpful, but it never addresses safety or sluggishness. but i figure if everybody else does it, and you're all alive, its fine, right? also, you're TDEE and BMR will change as you lose, correct?

this was an awesome read. got here by looking up whether i should eat back exercise calories. while im still confused about that, that scooby website calculator was aweome, and gave me a number about 500 calories higher than what MFP did. i like that it lets you write exercise a few hours a week but sedentary the rest.…
