what would you log precor crossramp as?
this thing: there isnt a listing for it under exercises. i just want to log it right. i did 40 minutes on it at the gym and it said i only burned like 220! that seems very low as 40 minutes on the elliptical gave me a near 500 cal burn.

Silly Question, But Need Input. The weight I feel 'ideal'/best at is not what BMI says is 'ideal'
But I feel sexiest, healthiest, fittest at that number, which is still a 25 on the BMI scale. Eating less than your TDEE dangerous, or just less than BMR?
i have no idea why, but tonight all the pennies are dropping and im getting all paranoid. i know if i eat less than likw 1200 calories a day i get dizzy and feel weird. i know that the solution to weight loss is to create a deficit. but there are no dangers to eating less than your tdee, are there? Does MFP have me eating too little? Which BMR calc to trust?
Here's whats going on. MFP has me currently eating 1510 to lose 1lb per week, which confuses me, because im pretty sure you should never eat below your BMR, yet, MFP tells me my BMR is around 1605.
