Has anybody ever used the Pact app? Thoughts?

i think its a brilliant idea, but worried theres something im missing. The fear of losing $$ is holding me back [though i guess thats the point-] Ddont mess up and you won't lose anything, right? Are there any reviews? Did it keep you motivated? Can you leave anytime?
