No weightloss for 3 days now. Time to change up something. The last time I got rid of my snacks. Then I started losing. I guess I can replace a meal with protein shake/coffee. Good news! I got my leg brace off. I'm doing physical therapy now. Still have to take it easy for a little while longer.

I ate healthy yesterday, which lead to a one pound weight loss. YAY! I'm an emotional eater. I'm hoping this 100 day challenge will help me stop. By not eating my emotions. I'm seeing the weight drop. Which is a big help for me.

So, I lost 1 1/2 lbs last week. I'm going for 2 lbs this week. I'm not going to stress about this weight gain. I did have sausage gravy over toast for breakfast and pizza for dinner. Not really a healthy day.

Eggplant lasagna is what I'm having tonight for dinner. Found the recipe on Pinterest. Very yummy. The only way that I will eat Eggplant. Sorry no picture. (Eggplant is purple. Was going to have it tomorrow, but since today is purple day.)

Ok! So I went up! I'm not going to stress over it! I know where I went wrong! I took a whole pack of Graham crackers and mindless ate them while watching tv! Can't do that again! Didn't realize that I was doing that until they were all gone! ☹️ I'm still below my starting weight! Let's see what I lose today!

When I was able to exercise and do my walking everyday, I ate 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Now that I can't exercise or able to get out and walk, I have done away with my 2 snacks. weightloss is weightloss. I'm going to lose this weight this week. one more week to go. can't wait to see if this brace can come off. I'm missing out on my walks with my dogs. But until then. I'll just watch what I eat. Making sure I get in my protein. Watching my carbs and fat intake too.

I really don't go healthy on my holiday meals. But I am welling to try new recipes out. We are having what i call the all American Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, green bean casserole, baked Mac & cheese, stuffing, biscuits, and pie. This is what I fix every year for Thanksgiving dinner.

Well...I lost my pound from yesterday. Wish this was for the week. Total weight loss for the week is only .1oz. I will take it. 👍🏻 I'm looking forward to seeing what next week brings.

I have no words for how I feel! I'm going to keep on hanging in there. Have to take the bad with the good. One day at a time! I remind myself how far I have come. I started my weightloss journey at 255.5 lbs. So...at least I have made it out of the 200's. YAY!! :smiley:

I just don't get it! I'm watching what I eat. I'm eating healthy. No sweets. But yet I gain. 😒😥

I was good yesterday for my birthday. I made cookies and brownies. I only ate two small cookies with milk. Gained an oz. omg! so sweets at all for me from here on out. The 19th I go to the doctors to see about getting this brace off. Hopefully it comes off so I can get back to exercising and walking.

@daria0919 thank you. I hate it so much. I have a meniscus tear in my left knee. it's something I'm going to have to deal with the rest of my life. Hopefully I won't have to wear a leg brace forever. Here I am at day 10 and weighing in at 195. Fingers crossed that it doesn't good up again. My weight likes to go and down. I stay in my calorie intake.
