I've attempted Insanity like three times and all three times i've only made it through the first 30 days. This program is challenging but i think 2014 is the year i finally complete it. Insanity is a BIG understatement. I thought I had great endurance until I tried it. I'll be starting it again in a few weeks. wish me luck.

I know how discouraging it is to work so hard and not see the results you want. I can't provide professional advice but you might need to increase your caloric intake. Are you eating a diet high in protein?

You girls that lose your boobs after losing weight.... I envy you. I lost a lot of weight two years ago yet my bra size was still a 36DD. I want to lose a lot again so I can get out of my FF/G size but I just hate my boobs all together. I think I'd surgically remove them when I hit 35.

Definitely an emotional / stress faster here. I can go a whole day without food. I'm just so busy with work and recent health issues has put my mood in blah mode. I'm doing good now that I found MFP but it's a battle.

Make Guacamole. It's a nice healthy side for a grilled chicken breast or fish. I add tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and cilantro. about a tsp of each for one avocado. It just gives it an extra kick. Or i just mash my avocado with a little salt to use as spread.

I'm not a bridesmaid but my BIL is getting married in May and I'm hoping I can lose about 25 Lbs. by the time the wedding rolls around. it's memorial day weekend so I have about 4 months. If I lose 2 Lbs. a week, I should be able to... Good Luck.

Hello. I used to have the same issue. Could you possibly plan your meal the day before? Like set everything up in bags to take to work / school? I'm normally in a rush so this was the best way for me to eat all my food. otherwise, I'd just use the excuse that I "forgot" it.
