I'd love to join this group! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am almost 11 weeks and trying to keep good track so I don't get a ton.

I agree with everyone here - the belly just doesn't go away - it goes down but NEVER goes away - I got down to a size 4 and still had it! Totally sucks!

Hi Christy - I can totally relate, I have been dealing with the PCOS monster for a long time now. Feel free to friend me! I have lost weight and got pregnant with PCOS.

Low carb/low glycemic is best for PCOS dieting since we have insulin resistance. Atkins worked wonders for me but now that I am "normal weight" but not happy with my weight - I just stick to low fat, watch carbs and calorie count but if I go carb crazy - the weight just piles on . Good Luck!

I drink Michelob Ultra or Miller 64 and just log it..Not the best but it's beer!

Welcome to MFP! You can do it! Stay focused and always use your diary to stay on track - just make it part of your daily ritual. My suggestion would be to always eat your calorie goal - going under can cause no weightloss and weightgain. I sometimes forget to fill it in but for the most part I always do and it has helped…

I wouldn't do that - I thought it is recommended you never go under 1200. If you don't eat enough - you will not lose and end up gaining (this happened to me a few times). I would eat at least 1200 if not exercising and more if you are. You may have reached a mini plateau but it will drop again - Good Luck!

Nothing is as delicious at peanut butter and chocolate! Thanks! Will try!

I haven't tried insanity yet but have tried and have P90 - someone made a copy for us. It's not easy so I can only imagine how insanity is.

Hi! Welcome! This has been working well for me. My only advice is to make sure to always track your food. I find on days I don't I definitely go over. Welcome to the gang - feel free to request me for support! I am in the process of quitting too and losing simultaneously and it's working!

I am almost there too - about 6 lbs to go and a very frustrating standstill! I need to not let it get to me and keep on keeping on! I added you.
