I find that if I keep my hands busy crafting I am not as willing to stop top get something to eat in the evening.

walking will help aid weight loss. You must reduce your calories. I find that walking keeps me keep focused on my calories.

my 2 kids told me the same thing. it is motivation for me to lose. I am at my heaviest 186 I am only 5' 2. So it looks bad on my small frame. I am doing Zumba once a week and stepping my the Wii fit board. Tracking really helps to keep me in check.
