I like black pepper in mine. Here are a list of things i've added to my Cottage cheese: pineapple, pears, tomatos, red or green peppers. sometimes i use Nortons Nature seasonings also. So you can add many things to it to make it your own. :)

Maybe you can keep some of the things mentioned in your room or under lock and key. Like your cereal in your room. Or get rid of all the really big bowls. :) Try and eat thing your room mate does not like. Good Luck

I tell some that it doesn't fit into my meal plan for today. Sometimes i just say no I am not hungery right now. Don't be afraid to say no. It is you that counts. Put yourself first. :)

I would make sure you change your setting to reflect your exercise and it will give you more cals. I always try to leave 300 cals not eaten. With exercise I go between 1600 cals to 2400 brunt.

Start slow, go for a walk just 10 minute but do it often. Try to eat veggies and fruit as often as you can. You Can do this. Take it one day at a time. Hang in there you can do this.

When I am sick which isn't often I usually up my water intake and make sure I get lots of rest. Sometimes you just need to make sure you get complety rested and don't push to hard for a few days after.When you feel strong again get back at it. Rest is really important. my cardiologist doc says I can have 3 eggs a week, so I eat the whole thing. Idon't always eat 3 eggs a week but when I want them I can have them.
