I've used a measuring cup after it is cooked. Put the rest in the frig for later. Or I eat what I want it is a vegetable and they are good for you.

This is how I feel too! I want to eat real food and lose and it is happening slowly for me. I try to eat better all the time. I keep making small changes to gain the better me. I do all my food prep on weekends. I make salads and cut up fruit. I cook some meats ahead. I watch the foods that are premade for sodium content if it is over 240 I don't buy. I've learn to make a lot of my own foods and I don't add sodium to them even if they ask for it. Now if you bake you do need to have the sodium if they call for it. Water will help to flush it but not eating it is the best way to cut it. 8…

One of the hardest things to remember is to try every day. Do 1% better today than yesterday and don't beat yourself up for a bad food or for not exercising. Just keep trying. You'll feel much better also with healthy choices. Good Luck!
