I got a Fit Bit to keep track of my cals burnt and I love it. I've had mine since Dec 7 2012. It helps to see the cals burnt for the day and it is helping me to burn more. It gives me a daily report and it lets you know when you reach goals and levels.

Grilled chicken strips with (Franks) hot sauce are good for a quick wrap or salad. I use lettuce, carrotts celery, blue cheese or feta cheese or cheddar, Also today I added dill pickel. Make them with what you like. I make ahead greens, berries, nuts for easy lunch. Bolthouse dressing are wonderful.

i make a spinage salad, with black berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pecans, with balsmic vingarette dressing. Sometimes I add shedded parmsen.

start every day as a new day. Forget yesterday, last week. keep trying it is a life change. take one day at a time. We all have bad days but we are trying to get better at this 1% each day. the goal is to keep trying. Hang in there YOU CAN Do THIS.

Try and pick nuts with out salt. I do that all the time, walnuts, almonds, I get them raw and bake them myself, put them on a cookie sheet one layer, bake at 350 for about 11 to 15 minute. I have learned to watch frozen veggies because alot of them have salt in them. Read labels!!!!!

I use 1/2% milk, lowfat, it is 90 cals for 1 cup My sister also uses the Almond milk with Vanilla and she loves it.
