I've lost my motivation :( Please help!

Okay, so throughout July and August I managed to lose a stone from cutting out all bad food from my diet, I can't remember what motivated me to do it I just remember feeling really sad and wanting to change my body and throughout those months I very rarely craved unhealthy foods whatsoever, I felt amazing and I'd dropped a dress size.
After starting a new school for sixth form and being surrounded by lots of junk food, I started to eat junk food again, which at first didn't do anything to my weight whatsoever so I felt fine and started eating more and more.
However now everyday I can't go a day without stuffing my face with all the food I can find in the house to the point I feel physically sick, and I've gained all the weight I lost back and I feel in a position where I'm unable to get my eating back into a normal pattern. I feel like all the effort I went to has been lost and I'm now stuck in these awful binge cycles and I look back at how well I was doing 3 months back and it makes me so sad I go through the mornings thinking 'ok, today I can get back to normal, I'll eat five small meals a day', but then it gets to dinner time and I'll have 4 deserts and the toast and then leftover dinner.
Somebody please offer me some advice! Thank you for reading

I know how easy it is to get back in that horrible cycle, but you have to realize that you really only have two options right now: Keep going and potentially gain even MORE weight, or regain control and keep working towards your goal. You haven't failed just by gaining the weight back -- that's just a minor setback. Failing would be letting yourself give up after that setback.
You do well most of the day, so just make sure to plan your dinners more carefully. Portion something out ahead of time and eat it away from the kitchen, or at least leave the kitchen as soon as you finish. Then make sure you have something else to do so you don't get bored and go back to eating. (And if you live alone, consider not even bringing desserts into the house if you feel like you can't portion control).0 -
Set reasonable goals.
Stop labeling foods as good or bad.
Be patient.0 -
Change can be tough sometimes.j Sounds like some stress, because of move. (Just Guessing) so maybe focus on you, yourself. Try things that make you feel good that is not food. go for a walk try to have better things to eat that you like. These are just some ideas. I have to tell myself junk food is not my friend, and that everyday is a new day. Put the past behind you and refocus everyday if you have too. good luck!
Don't give up on yourself. Always keep trying.
Also it might help to focus on calories, does the food fit into your cals for each day.0 -
Thanks a lot for your reply I do find it's boredom that sends me into my routine of after dinner eating so I'll have to find something else to do...the fact its nearly Christmas has put me in a 'but its Christmas' mindset regarding food but really it's just an excuse >.<
I appreciate your response immensely0 -
I might ask for some patience for christmas...:P0
