Everything I have learned in 2.5 years…

I post this on a lot of newbie threads…it's a lot of info…but here it'll be all in one place. Agree or don't agree. That's fine, it's your choice. Just wanted to put all the helpful links I've found out there...

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
