I found I was less sleepy when I started eating in better combinions of protein and good carbs. I was not eating enough portein. I am not sure if this may help ofr not. Also try to get 8 hrs of sleep most nights.

i was told if i was hungry to eat fruit and veggies as many as it takes to be full, but it is best eaten with some portein. Give it a try.

yes they help if you stick with it I've lost weight using my Wii and will start using it again for the winter months. I can't ride my bike in the snow :)

My husband and I and one yellow lab we spend about 300 a month for groceries.

try and change things up. Do different things (change the days and exercises) different days. pIck something new to try for a few weeks. Try some new foods. take a look at your dairy sometimes I look at mine when stuck and see things I can change. Good luck!

I do green beans with onion, red peppers and a tablespoon of bacon bits. Corn with lemon pepper, onion, Garlic, bacon bits, black pepper, sometimes I add red pepper. Also grill pinapple and red pepper it is awesome together. Good luck!

Hi, i am sorry for your loss. but I think in the long run you would feel even worse if you eat the wrong things and you might end up feel bad because you eat the wrong things. Wow that is great! You can do this. I've went from 6 mph on my bike in april to 10.25 mph on it starting last week. Stick with it even if you have a bad day they get fewer and fewer as you go.

eat high levels of portein and you can eat almost all the fresh veggies and fruit you want without going over your calerie count. Try it some time. it is really hard to do. :)

dry rub on pork loin with Garlic, onion and what ever spices you like or veggies you like. I'll make cole slaw to go with mine. I also do a beef roast with onions, celery, carrotts. Good luck.

Try treating yourself to a protein shake when he is having ice cream. you both can eat and you'll both enjoy it. Just try to pick things you like and are good for you. I use spicy mustard and onions. sometimes I used pickles too, either sweet or dill. I have a friend that puts boiled egg with hers.

I am doing the same thing, I just got into 1 size smaller but no weight loss to show for it. I like being smaller tho!

i used a dry rub and pork loin roast put in crock Pot, There are many flavors of dry rubs. You add a little bit of your favorite BBQ Sauce. You can also do beef roast in Crock Pot. or a tri tip perseasoned or you can season your own. I add my own spices so i don't get salt.
