I like celery with a little cream cheese on it. I eat alot of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, watermellon. I also have Chobani 0 % fat yogurts for a quick easy snack. Good luck!

I agree middle picture you dont look very healthy. the top and bottom look better. if you feel good in your own skin than go with that. A person that tells you to lose weight when you look as cute as you do, He should be dropped. I would giggle at him. muscles make us feel better, look better and be stronger.

I am using the EAS myopleax permixed protein drinks they taste good. I've been told the Whey protein is good but I 've not tried it. but I know a few that do use it.

my sister walks alot and she walks backwards for small periods and she says it helps with other muscles. So keep it up. :)

grilled chicken, lettuce, carrotts, celery, sprinkle of blue cheese, Bolthouse ranch or blue cheese dressing. You could change the cheese to something else or leave it out. I grill the chicken with Franks bbq wings sauce. I also use turkey, swiss, lettuce, red & green pepper strips with spicy mustard.

i've just started using EAS Myoplex lite or the carb one for my treat it seems to be working for now. it is really hard. I like the chobani flavors a lot. the vanilla was too much for me. I havee a freind that uses the plain to cook with, to make sauces and things like that.

I had a simlar problem, I added calories and started to lose, sometimes when exercising, I don't seem to eat enough. I added 300 cals and then the weight started soming off again. If you are starving your body it will try and keep everything you eat. She might want to redo her goal with new weight and all of her exercise.…

remember veggies and fruits have way less calories so eat more of those. I was told if I eat my cals in veggies and fruits for the day I would not be able to eat all of my cals in a day. Maybe try adding 1 more glass of water too!

I love my coke too! it was suggested I cut 1 coke out a week. so I did last week. This week I didn't and I feel really tired with adding it back. so I am going to take 1 away and just keep working at it , until it is all gone. Go slow and just cut back a little at a time. Good luck!

sometimes it is as simple as adding 1 more glass of water. I just started logging in my food and it can be surprising in good ways and you get to see what is not so good to eat. It helps you learn what to eat. Exercise of any kind is a plus in taking weight off. Cardio is the best to burn cals. Good Luck! :)

I use smaller dishes than I used to. I had to go out and buy some new ones to carry for lunch. I also make 3 meals at one time and then they are easy to heat up later. especially if you are working.:smile: :bigsmile:
