I've put most my other sizes in boxes with the size on them and I store them. i always keep the next smaller size on a shelf in my closet and every once in a while i try something on. i've lost 5 lbs also in 2 weeks. my cal count is 1900 but I don't usually eat it all. i am gaging it on how I feel most of the time i am not hungry and only eat about 900 to 1200, with once in a while it is closer to 1500. I've used a recipe from Rachel Ray called Red, white and Blue cole slaw. it is a heart heathly recipe. I added red pepper, carrotts and sweet onion. it was very good and a big hit at our pot luck.

I also like Turkey Breast. I buy fish at Sam's club too! it can be much cheaper there! they have differnent kinds that are fresh and some that are frozen. Just suggestions.

It was suggested to me that if i want something bad i have to eat 3 things that are good first. This has helped me some times I am full and don't want it. the other thing to try is eat something that you can control and try avoiding the things that are hard for you to control. mine has jumped around too! I don't put alot of thought into that yet. and on the other hand so long as it is less than i am now i feel it is all good. Maybe someone will have a better anwser for you.

Change your routine, sometimes your body gets used to the things so change the exercises you do with something different, Change the foods you eat for a week. sometimes I will skip a meal and than the next day I eat every calorie i can.

I would say eat some chocolate but ...... make sure the rest of the food you eat is good and try to get some exercise. I sometimes allow myself 3 hersey kisses.
