  • Marilu Henner has a great book to introduce you and guide you to reduce animal sources of food and makes it pretty easy. I also enjoy many of her recipes. Start slow, don't replace meat with carbs. That is my best advice.

  • I steam or saute a bunch of veggies carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, kale, spinach, celery, onion, garlic add to broth in the vitamix with oregano, basil, tomato paste, salt and pepper, few red pepper flakes run high until steaming, makes a great soup.
