  • OOh its very interesting to hear what US docs do with athsma compared to whats offered on the NHS... i think a lot of the names are just changed... I have had athsma since I was a child... badly up until about 12/13 then slightly milder as an adult... both of my kids now suffer. Singulair is a wonder drug for my lil girl…

  • I know how difficult it is to get to your ideal weight if you're "virtically challenged" lol...I'm 4 ft 10.5 (the .5 makes ALL the difference lol) and my goal is similar to yours. There comes a point where cutting down calories just won't work on its own you have to excercise but to be honest I think you may be over doing…

  • I struggle with sacroilac joint dysfunction (like very low back pain) and its a complete pain when it comes to excercise. Pilates is ok depending on the movements...i only do the easy ones. But I find walking and swimming are the easiest. kate
