I usually go for Abba and Lady Gaga - both have tons of great work-out songs, some of which are pretty sexy. Also, there's free work-out podcasts on itunes, but most of that is techno. If you want super "down-and-dirty", there's always Madonna!! lol

There are very few foods that I don't like. One thing that surprised me was the difference in taste between super-fresh (like picked that morning) vegetables and the pale, sad out-of-season veggies you find in the grocery store.
