***UPDATE*** Made some more progress. This morning for the first time in as long as I can remember I weighed in at less than 200 lbs. 199.4 to be exact. It makes me really happy and even though I may not know them, I'm proud for them.

I didn't eat the calories I gained in exercise. I used to work pretty late so most of my cardio was late in the evenings or even late at night. So I wouldn't eat that late anyways.

Welcome. that 15 will be gone in no time. Just be consistant with your logging. if you eat it, log it. i've love 69 total pounds so far. 6 lbs away from my goal!
