New to using whey protein. Questions.
So I've lost 83 lbs and have just a few more to go. But I'm pretty much at the point where I need to up my protein intake and try to build back some muscle mass that I have lost. Hello all. I guess I'll stop lurking and start posting lol. I've had myfitnesspal for over a year now but I really didn't start using it everyday until earlier this year in June. Since then i've lost 59 lbs and 69 lbs overall.
