I saw her in a recent movie and unless they photoshopped the whole movie - she looked smokin' the WHOLE time. I'd kill for her arms!! I saw a local 'celebrity' at my gym today and they must photoshop the hell out of her as she looks nothing like she does when she appears in papers.

Is the consensus that 30s are better than 20s? Just entered the 30s (well, last yeah more like) and most I know say that they prefer their thirties but if I'm honest, I was terrified to even turn 30!!

Maybe instead of doing 20 mins tread then 20 mins bike you should pick one but work out a hell of a lot harder. Instead of increasing time, why not increase the intestity of each workout. I have just started using Triple Dry. I bought it in Boots and I think it costs about £5 a can but it honestly works so much better than any of the standard ones. They did look like they had a decent range of 'extra' anti-perspirants but this one seems to be doing the job for me.
