  • Sorry, should have said that. I'm 5'9 I started with the 30Day shred. Now I go to the gym about 4 times a week doing mostly cardio for about an hour (treadmill, bike, cross trainer, rower) and twice a week do a body conditioning class (which is basically the same as 30 Day Shred but a 45 minute class) I eat at about 1,800…
  • I have been looking for a home work out which includes dumbbells (as all I have at home) and the Spartacus one looks perfect so thank you for sharing!!
  • It's my TOM I have figured out which explains last night's and subsiquent binge this evening. I have a super workout planned tomorrow to try and combat it - trying not to let it get me down. No binges: 8 Slight slip: 1 All out binge fest: 2
  • I use it. Add to my smoothies or a little bit in porridge/cereal if not sweet enough. Is it better or worse than sugar? I just like it for the low calories but not really sure what the benefit of it is meant to me?
  • Thanks for all the tips, folks. WIll need to get some non-cotton tops but have some capris that should work. Will have a look in to non cotton socks too. Have a sports direct nearby so will check them out this week. I did go out in the rain today (wasn't heavy) and it was nice - got an extra workout from all the puddle…
  • Bugger :( Just had a crappy binge. I could feel it coming and tried eating with healthier options but then gave in and ate a large portion of chocolate cake. :( Had had such a brilliant weekend too! No binges: 8 Slight slip: 1 All out binge fest: 1 I don't want to log it as I don't honestly want to know just how bad the…
  • When I first started running I had to keep stopping for stitches. I started concentrating on my breathing and within a week or so it had stopped and I haven't had once since - now running about 45 mins straight.
  • Your abs look amazing!! Seriously jealous!
  • This is working as thinspiration! Keep the images coming! I think sexy....
  • Will send you a request. I'm from Bristol - any other UK'ers welcome to add me too :)

  • They are often on the Fitness Channel - I get it with freeview. I can't record though :s I have seen them in Tesco for a fiver also. I bought mine online through play.com
  • I'll join. I haven't ever done a 5 km but have increased my running to about 40mins on the treadmill. I normally run Monday, Tuesday and Friday (this week 40 mins each day) and then increase it by 5mins each week. I might start swapping the wednesday for a shorter run but inreasing the speed. I currently run at 9.5km on…
  • Haha! Nice!
  • My running streak of no binges crashed this evening. Binge free: 5 Binges: 1 Miffed at myself!!
  • Agree about Rachel McAdams. As soon as I hear they were making it a movie, I thought Sam Worthington would be ideal. From Avatar...... I can't post pictures though. :( He's HOT.
  • Thank you for your response. I am not on any running plan, just try increasing my time by 5 minutes a week and was thinking once I get to 10k I would then increase my speed slightly going back to less k's then slowly increase again so I'm going faster, and longer. You're probably right about doing more strength work even…
  • That does apply with weight loss. Not with health though. If you want to eat a healthy diet, you can't do it on takeaways.
  • What about offering to cook 3 nights a week? That way your brothers can eat what you eat, but it wont cost you as much. Then you can all share the healthy meals and maybe it might help them all swing towards healthy food which would be better for you in the long run. Or going shopping with your parents and meal planning…
  • YIPEE!! Binges: 0 Supder-duper binge free days: 4
  • That was weird to read Cardiff on here as just this second received a text organising a trip there this month! Lol
  • I have motivational pictures I look at when I need a push to exercise or when I feel like eating a load of crap. It helps. I'd be a little wary of putting up pictures that made me feel bad amount myself though - if I saw myself in pictures I wasn't happy with, it would bring me down, and I'd be more likely to want to…
  • i've just found a local boxing centre which offers women's boxing fitness classes. Am going to start next week! Really looking forward to it :)
  • Frozen Mixed berry, banana, coconut milk and flax seed smoothie with weetabix. Or a smoothie with frozen mixed berries, banana, chocolate protein powder, flax seed, porridge and groovy nectar. Oat pancakes (recipe on bodybuilder site) Omlette with cottage cheese and spinach.
  • This is how I classify my binges also. Whilst I wasn't having a massive massive binge in one go, every evening I would succumb to having something nice to treat myself which would then make me think, I've already had that so may as well have what I want and would go over by a couple of hundred or so cals. This on it's own…
  • I actually really look forward to working out and was really excited this morning that I could go to the gym after a weekend off! I think it took a few months for it to change though. I remember having to motivate myself. I think once I started seeing progress it was a lot more motivating too.
  • Safe!! Binges: 0 Super binge-free days: 3
  • I'm feeling like eating lots and lots of crap tonight!! So far I have refrained...... I have about 100 cals to play with. Was going to have a chocolate protein shake but willing to trade this for something..... anything.... that will avoid me eating crap. I have a smartie mini birthday cake in my kitchen that I was bought…
  • Yep!! I am originally from Australia so grew up with kgs so get really confused with the use of stones on the scales. Went and bought an electric one that I can set to either lbs or kgs.
  • Those are the two products I no longer allow in my house as I have no self control around them!! Whenever I make anything my son with nutella, a finger always happens to sneak into the pot!! Plus my youngest is allergic to nuts so after a couple of slips with me kissing him after eating either and slight swelling - it's a…
