I've had two sections, one 6 years ago and one 3.5. Unforunately I also have two scars about an inch apart. First scar was too high for them to use so they had to cut a second one. Even at my smallest I still had the pooch. I will look forward to seeing success pics from people. :)

If you can't find the info on here you can ask for their nutritional book in the restaurant when you go in. They have a massive book that lists everything in it for every type of food. My son has allergies so always have to sheck recipes when we go out, and their book is brilliant!

Her ribs are only sticking out that much due to how she's holding her arms. If she was standing up normally I don't think her stomach would go in anywhere as much. She just looks like a very pretty model.

I did my first last night - I was all right all day but I am starting to feel it in my legs and chest - just in time for me to do my next session in an hour :( I did listen to previous posters and did a lot of extra stretching last night, and throughout the day today. I inagine you'd be fine for uni though :)

I normally eat a lot of rice noodles with my stori fry's but have realised how high in carlories they are so this is a perfect alternative for me. WIll check out the local chinese supermarket this weekend. Thanks for the share!!

Have just finished my first session. Ouch! I found the cardio easy - but the lunges hurt. Have been doing cardio only at the gym the last month though due to time constraints so that would explain it. Figure if I keep posting on here it will make me more accountable to continue. Will do it again tomorrow then yoga on…

I have only just joined this site so obviously not sure what the fuss is about not detoxing but I find certain foods don't make me feel as great as after eating others so I often do a mini detox of such foods and am currently not having dairy and wheat as a mini detox while I start my weight loss.
