My favourite is a fresh supermarket soup - I cook up 20g of pasta twists and a chopped up carrot and add this to the soup. It makes a really satisfying bowlful for about 300 cals - yummy especially with it getting colder.

I could have written exactly the same post - spend all day keeping count of cals and exercising and then blow it in the evening with snacks and wine! Only just joined MFP so hoping will get some support and motivation here too!
