Running to Lose Weight
I started running in January and have built up to running about 8-9 miles a week. I'm not losing weight though even though I'm pretty sensible with my diet. Has anyone lost weight through running and if so how many miles a week were they running to get to this stage. Many thanks.,

Should I run if I have a cough?
I've had a cough over Christmas which has driven me mad - I don't feel poorly with it anymore but it's still there. My 16 year old says leave it until it's gone but I haven't run for 9 days now and don't want to lose the progress I'd made. Any thoughts please? Thanks

Anyone tried spinning?
I'm looking for something to improve fitness and kick start weight loss. Local leisure centre just started to offer spinning classes so have booked induction for Tuesday. Has anyone else done this class regularly? Is it good for weightless? Thanks
