  • Glad I found a group who have had the lap band. I had mine two years ago and reached goal, yippee! However, I'm finding maintaining very hard. Anyone else out there find that some days you can actually eat like a normal person then wham! the band kicks in and shuts your eating splurge down? Is this normal?
