  • I really want to know about this too! I quite often undereat during the week (especially as I do count my exercise cals), but then like to splurge at the weekend. If the weekly total is the same, does it matter?
  • Just as a side note, my binge is not guilt related!i know I work damn hard an it won't happen over night! It's more based on the lack of routine at weekends and all my skinny friends/family joining in and not telling me off haha :)
  • To be honest, I sort of made those numbers up! I haven't started doing this yet (at the moment its 4x1200, 1x2000 and 2x3000 (yikes!)), at the moment I normally log weekends but don't control them! The problem is that I live away from home during the week, and find it easy to stick to routine because of work, but when I'm…
  • This is exactly me as well! Although I don't torture myself with doing a weigh in either side ;) Its the routine change that does it for me. During the week I work full time, live away from home and cook for myself, so know exactly what I'm eating and have time for exercise etc. At the weekend, I'm back home, am cooked for…
  • I eat at 1200 GROSS and am not having much luck. The reason I don't do net is that I think its nearly impossible to accurately judge how many calories I'm burning through exercise and don't want to net more than 1200. For those having success, how are you judging your exercise calories to ensure they're correct? Is there a…
  • **** UPDATE ***** I've upped my net calorie goal from 1200 to 1500 based on the above advice. However, now I've got used to it, I still find it easy to stick to only eating 1200 gross during the week. This also means that when I have a cheat weekend, I can still be under my new gross -weekly- goal (10,500). My question is,…
  • Any ideas?
  • I HATE RUNNING/CAN'T RUN TOO. The first time I went on a treadmill I had to walk after 1min 30secs...The first time my friend made me go on a run with her, I felt like I was having an asthma attack (don't have asthma) and walked home for a cry...The first time I did circuit training, the 10min warm up run nearly killed me,…

  • Thanks for all the replies! Won't reply to all the tips, but thanks for the encouragement :) Some good advice on upping the cals, but I'm just so scared that ill Pile on more pounds...it's all balanced at the moment (40/40/20) and rarely feeling hungry so is it really worth retraining my body to want more food? On the…
