3 months from now I expect to be physically between 25% to 29% body fat (about 140 pounds). 3 months from now will be January 6, 2014. I would like to say I will be training/helping others lose weight. Possibly 5 to 10 people. Every time I see others that are obviously obese, I think to myself, if they only lose 10 pounds…

I guess you can see pictures on my profile.

You have done a great job! Major improvement.

Looking great!

I am not so concerned about bananas. I do know you let them just sit out and they will ripen. What I want to try is mango. Will just sitting one out ripen it as well? And how about the bitter frozen strawberries and other frozen fruit? What do you do to ripen other fruits?

I have been having a breakfast smoothie almost every morning since January. It's great!

Amazing! You go girl!

Thanks for all the tips and advise. I am trying to eat closer to 1400 today. And I eat loads of spinach every day. It has been a staple in my home.

Finally after 30 pound weight loss, I am down one bra size. Can you believe it took that long to go from 36DD to a 34 D? I hope it doesn't take another 30 pounds to get to a C cup. I am only planning on going for another 15-20 pounds or whatever it takes for a healthy body fat%.

I never wore things that revealed my belly bulge and all of that in in the front. Shirts are always loose around there or just tucked in slightly. And I always tried to where sleeved shirts that hide some of the flabby upper arms.

Great job!

For those that need a chocolate shake fix: 3 ice cubes 1/2 banana (ripe) 1/2 cup to 1 cup baby spinach 1 tblsp cocoa powder 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Blend/crush until all ingredients are resembling a nice drink. Spinach won't be tasted due to cocoa and banana. All this make a tall glass and is under 100 calories…

I haven't been using premade protein shakes or mixes. I do my own thing. Here is my recipe and I have been consistently losing weight: 3 ice cubes, 1/2 ripe banana, handful spinach, 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter, 1 tblspn or less cocoa powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. I use my blender to crush the ice and get it…

I have a free day every Sunday since sometimes church people get together and eat and you never can tell how many calories are in homemade foods. So allowing myself to enjoy one day without logging calories, I have successfully lost weight almost every week. It seems surprising to me because I think I blew it, but when I…

I usually with have a smoothie or banana before a run. I have experienced feeling faint during a workout before, so i know I need something. Plus during my hour run I have a low cal/low sugar Sustain Sport drink mix in my water to prevent this. So from my personal experience I should have something light before-hand.
