Since you have been running, have you experienced any knee changes? My knees do not hurt, but right below my patella, the skin changed color-- like I have been on my knees. Could it be bruising? Can running cause any of this?

Sounds similar to the Daniel Fast. I did that earlier this year and lost a good bit of weight. I had more energy and my nails looked healthier. I still do this but only modified since it is hard when everyone else at home wants other stuff like chicken and ice cream.

Did another 5 on the treadmill today. Yay! This is the second time I have been able to do 5 miles in under 60 minutes.

The melaleuca access bars help me get through an hour of running and helps with keeping my blood sugar from dropping along with sipping on sustain sport during the run. It has helped some Olympic athletes win medals and it is helping me.

For me almond milk is better. Cow milk tends to bloat me and makes me congested. I love dairy, especially cheese so I do not keep it in the house anymore and I only eat it on occasions. At one time I would eat a bar of sharp cheddar like a candy bar., but not anymore.

I did well, I think. One serving, then quickly off to brush my teeth which got me to thinking, brushing the teeth can keep me from going back for seconds all the time. It does seem to happen frequently or at least in my opinion. She wanted to get it the other day and I talked her out of it by suggesting she wait until she has friends coming over to share it with. Her friends didn't show up and she moans about ice cream.

I did jog for an hour today and I could at least do some exercises with my dumbells to compensate for the ice cream. Tomorrow I have an hour & a half of zumba to do. Maybe that will help too. What do you think?

Pizza is my weakness too. Thankfully the nearest quality pizza place is a 45 minute drive. This keeps me from eating it often. I was just doing my food diary and one banana had 20 grams of protein and since that sounded wrong I looked for another banana and it had only 1 gram. Sometimes the foods that are listed to choose from can have inaccurate information. So double check. It just seemed silly that one banana can make me go over in the protein…
