So when I tell MFP that I intend to exercise 5x a week for x minutes, is my calorie goal based on that? Should I still log my 5 workouts or is it just expecting that I will?

I'm 5'7" SW: 185 CW: 173 GW: 140-145 Been struggling between the top two numbers for years!!! Hoping that MFP works for me. I have a problem staying motivated. I stress eat b/c kids and life stress me out. I wish I was in the 150's already....
