i have tried it and it was really tasty (i baked my "fries") I use lots of "carb cheats" in the kitchen Spaghetti squash = any pasta or cheesy hashbrown casserole steamed & mashed cauliflower = mashed potatoes (also works for turnips & parsnips) there is also a cauliflower "pizza crust" that is floating around on pinterest…

some of mine were: visit the pyramids in Egypt, swim with manatees, learn a new language, scuba dive and work at the Gap. hahaha, i was 15 when i made my list - hence the Gap obsession. I'm not to disapointed I won't hit that one :)

hahaha, you are so right...BUT... I was weighing myself first thing once a week on wednesdays and getting really frustrated b/c the scale just wasn't moving. My friend suggested weighing myself everyday for a week just to get a better idea of how im fluctuating and how my actions during the day effect the next days weigh…

trust the process. it took time to gain the weight, it will take time to loose it as well. keep drinking lots of water and try not to eat too late at night!! its so hard to work out with kids, i only have 1 and it seems impossible some days!!!

i have a *sweet spot* for sugar, too. :/ not just chocolate and candies but sugars in general - like in carbs too. i agree with PP. check out a fruit calorie chart (you can just google one online) and swap out a few during the day for grapes, berries & oranges. its totally ridiculous!!!
