I do this ALL THE TIME. That piece of music really gets the adrenaline pumping, doesn't it? And I agree with the whole "timey wimeyness" of running. There's definitely some temporal event that slows down time whenever I go for a run.

Yeah, its okay. I did the same thing about a week ago and felt a bit guilty about it, until i realized that the increase in calories meant I could have an extra brownie a day. Then all feelings of guilt passed :)

Count them each separately. Its a lot more accurate that way since you log everything exactly, instead of using another person's sandwich that may use different brands than what you used (and therefore would have different calorie contents)
