If you look at the Spartan Website they have a Workout of the Day every day. They vary on what aspect they stress (strength, endurance, etc. Look at those and find some that work for you. Some are fairly basic, some are more advanced. Have fun in the mud!!!

Make time for yourself to exercise. It's there, you just have to find it. Doesn't matter what it is, find something you like and roll with it. Play with them. Go to the back yard, a park, whatever. As a New Englander transplanted to the Mid West, I've given up on a lot of "fresh seafood" and stick with frozen. I buy a lot of frozen salmon and tilapia.
