Hi I take salads to work and normally buy asda smart price prawns and do a big sald and that normally comes to 250 or less calories. I work permenant nights as a nurse. I take no money with me and take a healthy pack up with me. I try and avoid the sweets if i can. I take some low cal hot chocolate to get my choc fix from. Its hard to get exercise but i try and do some walking and leg lifts and take stairs were i can as it all helps x

Well thats great. I have been on the wii and did some jogging, boxing , steps and hula hooping to burn some calories. I have also done some wall push ups to try and complete my challenge. I managed 10 which is good considering i hate any exwrcises like that, though i am a long way off doing them on the floor :-D

I am at 239.4 and would like to get down to 232 if possible. My challenge is to try and do some push ups doing the wall ones to get used to it as never done them in my life. Will work on getting to a lower level x ~claire

I work permenant nights three shifts a week. I bring a pack up with me and leave money at home so i cannot go crazy at the vendingmachines. Its hard work but managing so far. I do just dance three on the wii and do the 3000 sweat points that is equivilant to a thirty minute swim. I am 37 and find this does get me moving and enjoyable as well x

Yes same here done diets and dont stick to them for long. Need to lose at least a hundred pounds but have a holiday booked in july so thats my incentive at the moment but will def need some motivating as chocolate is my biggest downfall. Feel free to add me anyone x :smile:
