Hello all, I actually took a month off from work to focus on my health. this is exactly what i need. starting at 205 without even my socks and hope to get to 190 by end of four weeks. I hope that is not too ambitious.

Hi, your goal seems to be so similar to mine. i am starting today at 205 and want to get to 185 by march if possible. Final goal is to be at 150. :heart:
