I know exactly how you feel. i experienced the same thing with my father 3 years ago. I was doing weight watchers and had lost 20 lbs, then he passed away from a heart attach(his first) and I stopped. I just joined this site today. My plan is to cut out soda and try the couch to 5k plan! Good luck! Hope everything works…
