I have found this article to be really helpful. It makes sense, and so far has applied true to me. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/9433-expectations

I totally agree with you! If I worked in the yard really hard that day, I'm not going to work out that night. But I'm also not going to log it as exercise so I can eat more.

I kinda had the same problem, but found this article which really made sense to me. So I just kept with it and started loosing again. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/9433-expectations

The yolk is what makes the egg, but it is also where all the fat and protein are. But I believe it's the good fat, so in moderation, I think it's just fine. You will see a big calorie difference between eggs with or without the yolk. I ate a hard boiled egg the other day without the yolk, and it was weird. I wouldn't…

If you have Comcast On Demand, under the Sports and Fitness section, there are a ton of free videos for all different kinds of work outs: dance, kickboxing, yoga, etc.

I am with you, I need a solid group of people who are very dedicated to their goal. I don't feel like I slack that much, and need people like that around me. So far, I work out (and by work out I mean 350-400 burnt calories minimum) 6 days a week. I am very strict with my caloric intake as in, I'll eat solid healthy meals,…

I am kinda in the same boat. I have been at this for 6 weeks now, lost 8lbs at the end of week 4 and haven't lost again since. I've been working out 6 days a week and keeping the calories under 1200. HOWEVER, I am also taking measurements, and am loosing slowly but surely. I am thinking that it could be a combination of…

When i started 5 weeks ago, I gave up pop, and cut my coffee down to one cup in the morning. That gave me pretty rotten headaches. I changed it up, and now drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning, and 1 in the afternoon. Now I don't get the headaches, and only drink coffee in the afternoon when I need a pick-me-up. You kinda…

OMG! I always joke this is why I started working out!

MFP has been the best thing ever for me! I am totally motivated, and tracking food/exercise like a BOSS! I keep telling everyone about it, and they are all like "Well yeah, where have you been?" lol

You guys are all rockstars! Thanks so much for the info and good job to you all!

I know that the P90 and 30 day shred stuff work, it's just not something I really wanted to get into to. Right now I'm doing aerobics 5 days a week, and the gym 1 day. I have my 1200 calorie limit. And just doing that has been hard as hell, I really didn't want have to get into a more extreme method of weight loss.

Well I feel much better about life now :) I hear all this P90x, and Jillian Michaels, and no carb/fat free mumbo jumbo, and just don't want to mess with all that. I am watching what I eat and exercising. I didn't want to do any particular program other than a reduction in calories, and increase in exercise.

That's great! Congrats and thanks for replying!

I am so glad you asked this because I was considering the same question. I do know they had this on their website which might help: FT7 Clear Training Guidance For those who want to know if they’re improving their fitness or burning fat. FT4 Fitness Improvement For those who want basic heart rate-based features to keep…

I have one as well, for 3 years. I am pretty sure that has caused some of my weight gain. However, I'd rather have that cause my weight gain, then getting pregnant...lol...Good Luck I'll be anxious to hear if removing it affects your weight.
