I did Level 1 till it became too easy, then moved to Level 2 because it was more challenge. I say move at your own pace. In 30 days I saw an felt the results

I did some Zumba, I did 50 situps when I got off work, 30 before work, I am going for a 4 hr walk this afternoon and then 50 situps before bed.

I agree. I have never thrown anything at my boyfriend. No matter how much he piss me off, because if he would NEVER hit me I have three brothers and way too many cousins that would never understand and would wanna fight.
