I log mine in the morning and stick to it, I find it easier to stay in my calories that way.

Good post, but if your not really looking for a huge response you could use your blog instead of making out a thread about it. That way if you want to look back on it you can see all the posts together. Its a little more organized that way.

Most would argue that the fiber recommendation on this site are too low, but no too much fiber will not hurt you. Being a woman you need more fiber anyway to keep your system regular :)
